The location of this camping site was absolutely stunning, tucked away in a peaceful forest. The staff members were friendly and always ready to assist. Despite a few hiccups with the reservation, they remained helpful throughout our stay.
The communication about the app issues could have been better, as it seemed like a recurring problem. It was inconvenient to have limited facilities in the main building, with only two toilets and two showers available for all guests.

It was a truly tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We decided to make the most of the natural surroundings and treated ourselves to a cozy campfire, which added a touch of magic to our evenings.
I must mention that we were not well-prepared for the camping experience as we didn't bring sleeping bags or linen. Fortunately, the staff at Station Chene Rouge were incredibly kind and helpful.

The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning, situated deep within the forest on the hills. Guests can enjoy the tranquility and natural beauty of the surroundings. the staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. They even provided spare linens and duvets when guests arrived unprepared.
There seems to be a lack of communication and organization at the hotel. There have been multiple instances where guests were not provided with the accommodations they had reserved, which is certainly disappointing and inconvenient.
